The University of Notre Dame has been Around since the 18th century. The school was founded
back in 1842, and the traditions that ran strong back then, still run strong throughout the campus today. The university
is located in South Bend, Indiana. Here, the campus contains over 130 buildings and two lakes spread across
1,250 acres of land. Notr Dame's football was founded back in 1887, and has since won 13 national championships between
1913 to 1988. The Fighting Irish have tallied up 26 bowl games where they have an overall record of 13 wins and 13 losses.
Overall the Fighting Irish football teams from its founding to 2002, have had a winning record of 796-258-41. The School
continues to produce top Players who have dominated in the NFL such as: Joe Thiesman, Jerome Bettis and Tim Brown. The
